Open again for chicken sales after our week of voluntary quarantine which turned out to be a false alarm as all birds are fit and well! Lohmans £9 beechwood blues, Speckeldys, pied Rangers, rhode rocks, Sussex Rangers, white stars £14 all fully vaccinated and starting to lay! 07772070764. Jane

No chickens for sale for 7 days on advice of our vet, due to a duckling we sold to a customer dying from possible infection, though the ducklings are housed separately and have no contact whatsoever with the pullets we have decided (on our vets advice) to treat them with a preventative medication just in case. Birds can be reserved for collection from next saturday if you wish. Sorry to do this but we have to put the health of our birds and your flocks first. If you have arranged to get birds from us this weekend we will keep them free of charge for you if you wish. Jane

Ive got half a pig left for sale, all ready for the freezer, can be sold as quarter pig or a half, also a few joints, chops, burgers and sausages available by the lb, all home reared free range traditional breed pork, dispatched and butchered locally, £50 per 1/4 pig or £95 per half, or £2.20 per lb if you want a joint or chops, burgers, sausages etc. Can be collected or possibly delivered fresh tomorrow or can be frozen for collection (Redruth area) during the week or weekend, phone 07772070764 for to order or pm me. We are about to start to run days teaching you to dispatch and dress your own poultry, my husband has many years experience and can teach you to dispatch your birds in a humane manner to avoid suffering, we are based near Redruth but can travel to you if you have a group of 4 or more.
