We managed to sneak in a last minute first fix to a new extension to a care home in Exmouth, and the sun was shining for it 🌞

An additional 8 bedrooms will be accommodated in the building which has been designed to have the appearance of a 'pavilion' type structure, with large areas of glazing under an asymmetrical sedum roof. It is separate to the original listed building, being attached by a glazed link to a previously extended part of the nursing home.

Category 3 system in accordance with BS9251:2021 which will be supplied by a dedicated tank and pump 👌🏻💪🏼

Commissioning complete at the Garrack redevelopment in sunny St Ives.

Consisting of thoughtfully designed apartments and town houses, the development encompasses a refurbishment of the existing Garrack Hotel, which has been transformed from a state of dilapidation into a vibrant focal point of the scheme. The remaining residences are nestled into the hillside, showcasing grass-topped roofs that seamlessly integrate with the surrounding landscape. This design choice not only strengthens the visual connection of the upper-tier dwellings to the sea but also reflects the natural fields that characterise the hillside.

A category 2 sprinkler system in accordance with BS9251:2021 was installed throughout the development, and we are stoked with the end result. Another one done!

We were back at Kosel in Mawgan Porth for to finish the first fix installation of the sprinkler system. Job done! You can never get fed up with that stunning view! 🔥🌊😎

Finishing off the first fixing at these 2 large new builds in Plymouth. Working with and .carpentry has been a pleasure. These 2 properties are going to look great!

We love revisiting previous installs for annual servicing because we get to see stunning properties such as this one again. What an incredible build, and it was a really nice one to do.

The client prefers to keep the inside of their property private, so unfortunately we can't show the inside, but as you can see from the look of the outside, the inside is just as spectacular, with large open plan areas, a double height glass vaulted kitchen, a gallery, library, snug room, and much more, including a swimming pool to top it off! 💯👌🏻

Whilst we are working hard on other projects, we also kicked off the first fix fire sprinkler installation on this stunning new build in sunny Torquay designed by and built by .
