MP Human Resources is a consultancy business offering a range of HR services individually designed to meet the needs of clients in a wide range of business sectors and a unique arrangement with a provider of HR software. Our modern and professional approach makes the range of options that we have available to clients a very attractive alternative to having their own costly in-house resources.
We are looking to recruit a HR Consultant who will:
• Provide HR advice on a range of HR matters to clients of all sizes, from start-up companies to established, multi-site organisations
• Create bespoke HR documents for clients covering the full HR lifecycle
• Assist with the implementation and training of our HR software product Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
• CIPD qualification or Diploma at Level 3 or above
• 2 years in-house HR or consultancy experience in-house
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Be curious and proactive in the way that they gather and assimilate information
• A keen interest in the use of technology
• The ability to give sound and practical advice on HR matters to a wide range of customers
This role is based in our head office in Tunbridge Wells with flexibility to discuss remote working. Due to the nature of the role, occasional travel to client sites may be required.
