• A creative textile designer and experienced illustrator with a broad and varied portfolio.
• Work closely with creative directors and take a lead role in ensuring the smooth running of the creative departments and delivery of amazing work for clients. Collaborate with specialists, helping to mentor more junior creatives.
• Oversee and give direction to freelance team members as needed whether they are illustrators, photographers, copywriters or printers.
• Develop and manage colour ranges and set recipes with dye house.
