So satisfying to watch!

The team at B R Holland & Sons Ltd has been hard at work at the Railway Tavern in Jarvis Brook, East Sussex. Decades of external paint were painstakingly removed to reveal the stunning original brickwork hidden underneath.

This project is just one example of the specialist restoration and cleaning work Wayne Holland and his team undertake daily. Their expertise spans across:

• Sandblasting
• Graffiti Removal

Note: The heritage pub signs were carefully preserved throughout the process. Check the comments for the ‘after’ shot—we think you’ll agree the end result was well worth the effort!

Rupert didn't just talk about his incredible hampers...he let us taste them too! We were spoiled with delicious samples, including: Sea Salted Fudge from Cornwall, Chocolate Coated Turkish Almonds & Chocolate Coated Honeycomb

Talk about the perfect way to showcase the quality and care that goes into every Calverley Hamper...not all them made it all the way around the room! Truly delicious!

Earlier this week we heard from Hugo Goodale at Casey & Associates during our 10 minute presentation slot. Casey & Associates are specialists in Will Writing, Estate Planning and Trusts.

Hugo expressed the pride he takes in his job and how he ensures sensitive (often taboo) subjects are discussed in a light hearted and friendly way. It was a really informative presentation, particularly the upcoming changes to inheritance tax and how having trusts put in place are now more important than ever.

Local, family run vehicle repairs in Tunbridge Wells 🚗🚙

Making his BNI TW feature presentation debut today was Richard Rawlingson from PK Motors ARC Ltd

Richard took us through the various services that PK Motors offer and how they are equipped to provide repairs of all sizes, from minor scuffs and bumps right through to structural repairs on all vehicle makes and models.

Richard presented us with impressive 'before and after' images...including repairs carried out on an orange MG4 which had suffered substantial damage to the rear end. A happy customer once returned! See pics below 👇

Today at BNI Tunbridge Wells, we had a fantastic feature presentation from Lucy Cameron, Business Mentor & Coach at IQ 4 Business!

Taylor-Made Dreams: Bringing dreams to life for children with shorter lives

This week, our BNI Tunbridge Wells chapter featured the inspiring Suzi Mitchell from Taylor-Made Dreams. This charity helps children with life-limiting illnesses achieve their dreams and provides holistic therapy and counselling for their families.

Suzi shared a video about a family's journey with their daughter, Sofia, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour at five years old. It showed how Taylor-Made Dreams helped the family create lasting memories, including an Easter party and a jewellery workshop where Sofia and her mother made necklaces with her fingerprint. Sadly, Sofia passed away earlier this year.
