Hey I'm Nic,

Business strategist, brainstormer and hype human for established female founders. And I'm on a mission to change how women experience building a business. Because most of what's out there teaches you to follow. To stop editing yourself out. To stop building beige. To trust yourself enough to design something that actually fits who you are. Our businesses don't catch up. That's why everything feels harder than it should. My job is to get you crystal clear on who you are now and what you actually want - then help you build the business and the life around it. The one where you go after the pinch-me moments instead of talking yourself out of them. Where ambition and a wild, full life aren't a trade off - they're the whole point. I untangle the chaos. I'm all about the female founders these days but I held on tight to my family run client KR Group Scotland over the years because THEY set the standard when it comes to how to do business in a tough industry.

Working with this team has genuinely shaped how I see business done well. The care they take of the people around them, the standard they hold, the grit when another obstacle slaps them in the face. Saying goodbye has been bittersweet, but I'll forever be whoop whooping for them from the sidelines.

AND it means I've now got capacity for ONE more 1:1 client between now and Christmas.

So why do we, as women, find this work SO hard?

Weeeeelllllll it's cos we've spent most of our lives performing and pleasing and playing our magic down. So much so that it's become really fu***ng hard to tell what's actually us and what isn't.

I call it the inner work. The identity piece.
Your personality. Your values. Your flaws. Your genius. Your scars. Those weird ass quirks that make you you. How you think. What you stand for. What you're done tolerating. What matters most.

It's the foundation. Everything should start here. But we skip it, then wonder why showing up on socials feels like s**t, why we feel lost and why we burn out building something that doesn't actually fit who we are.

So from now til Christmas, I'm throwing everything I've got at helping as many of you as I physically can find who YOU are again:

Now BBC Strictly hear me out.

I've been bloody obsessed with your show since the very first episode and it's been the highlight of our winter months here in the Davidson household. Getting on the show has been on my vision board for years but I'm not that keen on celeb status so thought I'd try a different tactic.

Everyone loves an underdog - so how about slipping in a couple non celebs into the next series or even the Christmas one?

Failing that - how about a spin off series (seems to be the trend these days) for normal peeps.

Anywhoo - look forward to meeting with you all to discuss further.

I'm used to being the one in charge, taking the lead, organising the things - so I can find it hard to share when stuff gets tough.

But last night I decided to pull my big girl pants up + get completely transparent about what I was stressing over with our Success Club tribe and I was BLOWN AWAY with how everyone jumped in to support, cheer and challenge me through it.

Msg after msg of pure kindness + encouragement was like medicine to my soul - exactly what I needed to shake the spiral and I actually woke up this morning feeling pretty unstoppable (and LOVED). 😊

Being an entrepreneurial woman can be fu***ng hard. All the hats, responsibilities, expectations, guilt etc. can become deafening when it's bouncing around in that head of ours.

I know COMMUNITY is being done to death right now but for good reason - this support system is the most powerful business tool I have.

So to my SCLUB community - I bloody love you guys + thanks for being that awesome 😘😘😘.

And to anyone missing that connection. We've a YOU shaped space with your name on it. So don't be out there businessing alone.

I could literally list a million ways where having women in your corner makes a REAL difference.

Take today for example...

👯‍♂️ I was having a total wobble about my fitness goals (lost progress thanks to a knee injury + a s**tty self sabotaging mindset) and instead of continuing to feel bad about it, I reached out to my fitness mentor (Diane Laing Fat Loss Coach & PT, you're a gem) + she talked it through with me and challenged my thinking until I saw it differently and now I'm back on track.

👯‍♂️ Then it was the Shake Up's first group call today (my mini mastermind thingy that shakes s**t up in your biz) and within the first 30 mins we were collectively putting our minds together to take on the blocks in our businesses.

👯‍♂️ Over in the Success CLUB Chat we were introducing a newbie, celebrating those who had been nominated for a BWC Aberdeen athena award (💪🏻👌🏻🙌🏻) and arranging for a chunk of us to meet for a coffee before going to the Business Gateway launch tomorrow.

👯‍♂️ AND after picking up my daughter from her after school club I went and picked something up from the printers for a biz bestie cos she asked for my help.

And that's just one day.

Here's what today could have looked like without any of it:

Still spiralling about said weight + feeling s**t. Staying stuck in the sameyness and not realising what's possible. Wins going by without celebration cos there's no one around who gets why they matter. Backing out of opportunities cos you're too nervous to go yourself. Driving miles out your way to collect something when you could literally be doing anything else.

As women we have the ability to make ANYTHING possible. BUT without having others to lean on it's a looooonngg, exhausting, lonely road full of self doubt, self sabotage (a lot of 'self's).

So don't risk it.

Come be part of a bigger picture where women figure their s**t out together.

Reflecting back on August and not gonna lie, feeling a bit smug about this one.

Did my usual and got super clear on all the dreamy moments I actually wanted to happen this month... and I made them happen. One by one. Just decided + did it.

Here's what made the list:
🏖️ a mini beach break at burghead (love a caravan hol)
🚲 my first bike ride all summer after babying my dodgy knee back to life
🎂 family gathering up at nairn for a pretty special lady's big bday
⛺ the annual neighbour camp out (guess who ended up in the smallest fu***ng tent known to man 🤔🤣)
🌑 a solar eclipse that was... deeply underwhelming
🌊 more beach days than I've had in years AND somehow fit them round client calls too ✅
🎒 our Roobs off to academy (unbelievably proud of that one 😍)
😂 Actual in person catch ups with my fav people (it's been a struggle getting our diaries to align) and had the absolute BEST time - more please.
💆‍♀️ finally got myself to Kaye for some much needed face massaging
🧘‍♀️ and finished off with an awesome Success Club meet up at Wild Hus 🌿 with align wellness | ali duncan taking us through yoga and meditation that actually settled my nervous system for once.

None of this happened by accident (weelllll I didn't have much control over the eclipse). I decided what I wanted august to feel like, wrote it down, and then moved on it.

We seem to keep forgetting that we're in the driver's seat. We can plan our life and our businesses the way WE want them to look and act on it.

Yet we don't.

So here's a little nudge for you:

Some days I feel like I need a personality transplant. 🙃

Out there one minute, hermit the next. Serious, then silly. Ready to lead, then desperate to disappear.

I used to think that meant something was wrong with me. Like I hadn't "found my lane" yet. Now I think that's just what it looks like to build a business as a whole, actual human instead of a brand persona.

We weren't meant to business alone, and we definitely weren't meant to pretend we're one consistent flavour of person while we do it.

I'm here for the women trying to figure their own s**t out and don't feel like doing it on their own anymore.

Doors open next week. Come join the club.

Let's not head back into that old soul sucking routine.
