I am super proud to reach 160km again this year and I have totalled over 500km running and over 1000km walking this year so far! I have surpassed 2,000,000 steps too!
I have 10 weeks till my race and April has 5 weekends to get some nice miles in!
Looks like I will exceed over 200km this month when I resume running tomorrow after today I had rest days on Mondays mostly! My first 60km week of the year and hope I can bounce upto 70 and 80km in a week next as they will be my new best weekly milage and as last April I ran 65km in a week I should easy manage passing that this April!
I have a nice trip to a trail in easter to get some serious outdoor training runs in and I am looking to do about 45km as my longest run in training! No point worrying about how 50k is guna feel I will find out on the day and the second 50k is always going to be mind control nutrition hydration and some strong legs and I will no doubt be running along the quayside in my vapourflys or tempos if I am lucky enough!
Bring on the Wall Rat race here we come!

Some scientific tests on the water PH from my Enagic Kangen water machine!!

Did you know Tap water is acidic and thats why it gives me heart burn! Of course adding soda bi carb this alkalines it and also helps you keep lactic acid at bay during exersice!

Did you know boiling water in the kettle also makes the water alkaline but Im not sure wheather it is eliminating chemicals or minerals are absorbing from the kettles limescale

So before I start putting up my work content onto my Enagic page I had so much to do!! Those little virus scans, changing passwords and starting Microsoft 365 and Bluetooth my phone to my PC and run diagnostics on my Wi-Fi router and give me a 5g Wi-Fi connection and my dad 4g and start a guest account for when my non existing friends come round to dabble at my 1000 MB per second Internet connection speed but when they come they will be using the guest network. As many of you will know that is the way you run a business and I’m so happy.
