Middleton Glass, Tywyn are pleased to announce the purchase of some rechargeable weighing scales for the FFRIJ community project in Tywyn.
The aim of the FFRIJ project is to reduce food waste as much as possible, and the new scales will allow the volunteers to accurately weigh produce in and out.
The opening hours are 10.00am – 11.00am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and everyone is welcome.

"We recently had our old, rotten wooden windows replaced in our holiday cottage, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The new sliding sash windows look absolutely beautiful and have really elevated the whole property. Despite the wonky ceilings and walls that come with an old property, this wasn’t an issue at all — everything was made bespoke to fit perfectly. Chris and his team were a total pleasure to have working on the cottage and the job was completed incredibly quickly and to a really high standard. Middleton Glass were pleased to support this brave group who tackled the “National Three Peaks challenge” last weekend claiming Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in twenty four hours and raised over 10k for Motor Neurone Disease - fabulous effort from all the team and amazing in that heat! Well done all.
