Yesterday was nothing short of magical. We came together at Bradbourne House to celebrate, reflect, and honour the beautiful journey we’ve shared as a community. and were completely taken by surprise, but we couldn’t let this moment pass without recognising their endless love, dedication, and the space of connection and transformation they’ve created for all of us. 💫

From the soul-soothing meditation and sound healing, the delicious festive brunch and the heartfelt closing ceremony, every moment was filled with love, gratitude, and connection. It was a day to pause, cherish the bonds we’ve formed, and celebrate all that we’ve co-created.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for your light, your energy and your presence—it wouldn’t have been the same without you.

Here’s to honouring this chapter, embracing the pause, and looking forward to the beautiful new beginnings ahead. 💖

A huge thank you to the amazing , an Intuitive Womb Massage Therapist, for leading us through the most beautiful Womb Awakening Meditation. She truly transformed Bradbourne House into a sacred space, leaving us all feeling deeply connected, peaceful and renewed. 💕

A new month brings a fresh journey with our Awakening Soul Membership, and we’re thrilled to introduce this November’s theme—Forgiveness. Through each of our events, we’ll dive into this powerful theme, exploring healing, release, and self-compassion together.

We have exciting sessions and new faces joining us this month! Our in-person gathering at Bradbourne House features the wonderful , guiding us in sacred womb-space healing. If you are new here, get your FREE guest pass for Wednesday 13th and experience the transformative energy of our community. 💫

Huge thanks to for her beautiful Mindfulness & Music workshop at Bradbourne House this month! It was such a powerful morning of reflection and healing. 🌿💫

These past few months have been incredibly powerful as we’ve journeyed deep into heart-centred healing, activating our divine feminine gifts and embracing our true essence. 💖

Coming together as women, we’ve rekindled ancient bonds, remembering the wisdom we’ve always carried within.

Every woman on this journey was part of a collective transformation, stepping into sovereignty, beauty and truth. It was a joy to share this magical week in Glastonbury and the memories of the magic we created together still resonate deeply. ❤️🌹

I have spent the last week in Glastonbury (my favourite place in the world!!) planning a brand new Lionsgate retreat 🦁🪐

July has been a wonderful rollercoaster, not just with the weather ☀️ 🌧️ It has been a transformation month and we are ready for another incredible week here at SoulGym to help us integrate even further. Have a looks at what’s on ✨😍

Sandra Quinn is starting the week with her process CALM to clear any blocks, release and come into alignment. 🧘‍♀️

will take us through a guided mediation to assist us in accessing 5Dimensional space - giving you the opportunity to dissolve limiting experience of the day to day 🛸

Thursday is the return of  Breathwork session 💨 using your own breath to explore emotions, tap into your inner wisdom and deeply relax.

Finally on Friday join us for our Soulful Connections meet up, with some of our heart lead facilitators 🥰 A time to come together and chat to other wonderful souls. 🩵 What a perfect way to end a the month by coming together as a community!
