Another week of smallish jobs from boiler breakdowns to Radiator swaps/installs.
Also a central heating powerflush which unfortunately i forgot to get final pictures of system water quality and magnets 👎.
I dont take pictures of all the small jobs because lets be honest it can be boring 😆. But all small jobs are also considered 👌

Just a Few pictures of a few jobs done this week.

Back boiler service with the Main airvent purposely blocked up to stop the draft 😆. Big no no and potentially lethal. Open vented appliances rely on sufficent airflow to burn correctly.

New Gas Run... 6mb gas leak on pipe behind dot and dab. Unfortunately run new pipework externally to cause less distruption.

New ideal Gas valve and prv as they where both passing.

Ariston water heater new Element.

Radiator swap for a more modern designer radiator

New pump on an old vaillant turbomax still going strong veing 25 years old 👌

Not much to look at but its been a busy couple of days changing 25 radiators and upgrading their heating pump. Old rads where all leaking and rusted. Also upgraded expansion vessel to 35l as the old one was undersized for the system. 👌

Powerflushing...This 12 radiator heating system is all piped up in 10mm plastic which is prone to blocking resulting in radiators not heating up enough or at all.
Although not the dirtiest system, the powerflush managed to clear blockages to a number of radiators and get the system back running smoothly and efficiently. Water now crystal clear with inhibitors added 👌👌
