SERVICE
Waste Paper Solutions shred confidential paperwork from homes & businesses in the UK. We are licensed by the Environment Agency.

Waste Paper Solutions provide high-security data shredding and information destruction services to businesses and individuals across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire & London. COLLECTION
Waste is collected from your premises where it is signed for and taken away to be securely destroyed by pulping or shredding. Waste Transfer Notes record all waste collected and a Certificate of Destruction is issued for every visit. DISPOSAL
Our disposal site is based on the outskirts of London and is ideally situated for collections across London and the south east. For shredding services we use an industrial cross cut shredder that is hand fed to ensure maximum security of your documents. Everything is shredded to DIN level 3 – Level 3 is recommended for all confidential documents including Staff personnel details, Company secrets, sales and marketing plans etc. CERTIFICATION
We issue Waste Transfer Notes for every collection. This is a legal document detailing the date of collection, location and the quantity of waste collected. This is signed by both parties and a copy kept at Waste Paper Solutions’ head office for a minimum of 2 years in accordance with The Environmental Protection Act 1990. A Certificate of Destruction is forwarded along with an invoice on completion of each assignment. This completes the paper trail from collection to destruction and is yours to keep on record.
