Just a quick illustration of a Pair of profile knives, accurately reproducing some old skirting.
Long past it's best, and very much woodworm eaten, the sample was used to produce production drawings, faithfully reproducing the original profile.
CNC ground HSS serrated knives, produced with a fine finish (with primary and secondary relief), in this case for use on the Top head of a molder using pre-PSE'd material and also a Spindle molder.
