ACHC will contribute to the health and well being of those individuals in our care, by providing the best possible service to every client through integrated practice, education and research. Our biggest mission is to make our care team happy, set and maintain the highest standards of care provision for all our clients, and ultimately provide the best possible care and support tailored to the clients individual requirements and needs. Our services enable people to live safely at home, in their own communities and remain as independent as possible with the support of our team of highly skilled carers. As well as supporting individuals to complete daily living tasks and activities, we encourage people to remain as independent as possible, achieve their personal goals and to fully engage in the services available within their local community.

Today, Team Alliance came together for something bigger than ourselves.
Manchester Pretty Muddy pushed us, challenged us, and covered us head‑to‑toe in mud — but we rose to it as a team.

We stepped out of our comfort zones, supported each other, and completed the course with pride.
All in honour of those affected by cancer, and all in support of Cancer Research UK.
