I walked around a property recently teaching staff how to do a thorough risk assessment when walking around.
Not one person spotted this hole in the ceiling that hadn't been fixed since the obvious leak happened.....
When doing your risk assessments- Look up, look down, look all around, Don't just look for things at eye level!

First let me say a huge well done to the port authorities in Koh Samui and Koh Phangna for excellent COVID screening on my trip yesterday. And then to question why, after numerous accidents in the Gulf of Thailand due to poor safety procedures in the past, the marine department still do not insist on people wearing life jackets ??? Clearly they make very comfortable cushions!
The speed boat was full to capacity, and only myself and 3 other what looked like government officials were wearing theirs. Come on Thailand, the future of the countries tourism should not only be about obtaining SHA accreditation for COVID only in these areas.
