Whether you want to grow your business, meet like-minded people, or be inspired, we welcome you! Collaboration and Conversation through Engaging Conferences, Business Events and Charitable Initiatives

At Yorkshire Ladies Links, we bring people together to connect, inspire and support each other. Founded in December 2012 by Melanie Malcolm, our journey started with organising events for her clients. What began as a simple idea grew into something much bigger, creating opportunities for thousands of people to connect, grow and succeed. Over the years, our flagship events like the Be Inspired Conferences have brought together more than 1,300 participants, making it one of Yorkshire’s largest networking events. More recently, our Yorkshire Voices Conference has focused on advocacy, storytelling and connection, leaving a lasting impact on our community. But Yorkshire Ladies Links is about more than just events. It's a space where real conversations happen, stories are shared and lives are changed. While it started with women in mind, we welcome everyone. Connection, collaboration and inspiration aren’t limited by gender. Men have become a vital part of our community, sharing their experiences, overcoming challenges and inspiring others. We're proud to create a space where everyone feels valued, heard and supported. Alongside our conferences, we run a wide range of social and business events, including: Business workshops, Motivational talks, Networking lunches, Charity events and much more, including events focused on health, wellness, fashion and beauty.

These events are designed to help you thrive, both inside and out, because we believe success isn’t just about business — it’s about your well-being too.

Join Our Thriving Membership Community
Being a member of Yorkshire Ladies Links is about so much more than attending events. It's about joining a close-knit, supportive community built on trust and collaboration. With members from Leeds, Harrogate, York, Wakefield, Halifax, Chesterfield and Sheffield, we’ll be bringing events to all corners of the county! Plus, our membership comes with great marketing benefits. We actively promote your business or charity, helping you gain valuable exposure within our community. Meet Our Member: Sparq

We’re delighted to introduce our member Sparq to Yorkshire Ladies Links.

With teams operating across Leeds, Hull and Manchester, Sparq is a trusted event production partner, delivering tailored support for live, hybrid and virtual events.

From event management, technical production and creative services to AV equipment hire, branding and photography, Sparq offers everything from full-service event delivery to specialist support.

We’re also celebrating Helen Elam, Joint Managing Director, who has been part of the Sparq team for 35 years. Having progressed from receptionist to Joint Managing Director, Helen is passionate about supporting her team, mentoring the next generation and helping others discover opportunities in the events industry.

💬 Helen’s Yorkshire Ladies Links experience:

“From the moment I walked through the doors at my first Yorkshire Ladies event, I felt incredibly welcome. What immediately stood out to me was the genuine support in the room. Every woman was encouraging of one another, championing other businesses, and genuinely excited to see others succeed. What I particularly value about Yorkshire Ladies Links is that it focuses on the person rather than the business, which has helped me build meaningful relationships and creates a real sense of community.

I always leave the events feeling energised, inspired and supported by the rest of the members.”

We’re proud to have Sparq as part of our network and look forward to seeing their continued success!

As we round off the week, we just want to say a huge thank you to Fodder - Great Yorkshire Food Hall for being the most fabulous hosts last night.

Fodder kindly hosted us for a wonderful cheese and w**e evening. We enjoyed networking, catching up and meeting new faces, alongside a cheese and w**e pairing masterclass with Caroline Bell, Managing Director of Shepherds Purse Cheeses, and Tim Spakouskas, Director at Yorkshire Heart Vineyard & Brewery.

There was also time for a spot of late-night shopping.
Thank you to Fodder, Caroline and Tim for such an enjoyable evening and for sharing their knowledge of some fantastic Yorkshire produce.
