Never give up on your dreams in life at the age of 58 published my book after 10 years, at the age of 60 nominated for the most positive role model award, at 61 years awarded one of the highest accolades my 9th Dan black belt and at nearly 63 nominated for Martial Arts award in Las Vegas still pushing for that visit and still doing what I do best teaching and supporting others

2018 my book was published 2020 we did a short documentary my next chapter is to develop workshops to support others either in the Karate or martial arts also those breaking into the close protection industry
Setting my targets on areas and looking for collaborators to support this journey

You will always get folk who doubt you remember those who trust you believe in you doesn’t matter what your background know your skills and never let others dull them

A few years ago I was asked to do an online seminar on Kumite although it was very strange as you can’t get the interaction it was a great learning experience for me
During Covid there was lots of online courses do you think these are a valuable resource, without the practical aspect obviously
