We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator with experience within the care sector to manage and support our carers to deliver quality care within the Urmston/Flixton area. 🚗🚗🚗🚗Car driver essential 🚗🚗🚗🚗
As a Care Coordinator your responsibilities will include:-
❤️Scheduling calls and rota creation
🧡Monitoring and supervising carers
💛Liaising with clients and social workers
💚Conducting client reviews and assessments
💙Keeping accurate records and recording on care software
💜On call duties
🖤Providing cover for any uncovered calls 🤎Good flexibility around hours (essential)
Experience
Experience as a carer or co-ordinator in a care setting
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
NVQ L2 or L3 in Health and Social care
Salary and Benefits

Various online training courses in care provided to enable further development
