Brit Direct has kept the UK’s Power‑Gen, Petro‑Chem, Water and Rail sites moving by getting critical plant & consumables on site, on time, first time. As our order book accelerates, we need a first‑class Hire Desk Controller to be the operational heartbeat of our depot.
The mission
• Own the rental desk end‑to‑end – quoting, scheduling, and closing every hire with precision.
• Juggle fast‑track deliveries and last‑minute call‑offs without dropping a ball.
• Keep our hire software razor‑sharp: availability, utilisation, revenue, all accurate to the minute.
• Be the calm, authoritative voice our site managers rely on when pressure peaks.

Package Details
Salary £26‑36k DOE
Bonus Company + Personal
Hours Mon‑Fri 08:00‑17:00 (no weekends)
Holiday 25 days + bank hols
