There is a fantastic energy in the business lounge this week, proving just how much of a dynamic hub it has become for professionals from all sectors. 🏢

People use our business lounge for all sorts of different reasons, and this week was no exception. It is always a pleasure to see who walks through the door and how a professional workspace can solve a completely different problem for each person.

Take one of our guests this week—a lady who had travelled up from London to visit her parents locally. She works for a well-known communications company and needed to deliver an important meeting via Zoom. Unfortunately, her parents' home Wi-Fi was patchy, and she was dreading the thought of the video glitching or dropping out. She was over the moon to find us, and to give her complete peace of mind, we upgraded her booking to a private space so she could deliver her session without a single worry.

Then we welcomed back two of our regulars. They work for a large consultancy implementing ERP systems and use the business lounge on a monthly basis as their perfect "middle ground" to meet halfway for a one-to-one strategy meeting. Using the lounge gives them a focused, professional environment away from the usual noise and distractions of coffee shops.

And finally, we had a gentleman who needed a productive base to work from while his teenage children were enjoying a day at Alton Towers.
