Last week our peer2peer board member Layla Gordon, Registered Nutritional Practitioner, was interviewed on the Eventful Lives podcast by Dodge Woodall 🎧

The podcast has grown to be the second most popular business podcast in the UK under Diary of a CEO. Episodes usually air six months ahead of recording, but the Eventful Lives team were keen to publish this talk today as Dodge and Layla covered a very pressing and important subject.

They lifted the lid on the big issue of sugar and ultra-processed foods and how it relates to all chronic health conditions. Layla focuses on the core pillars of health including gut, heart, brain, hormones and weight. She uses functional and lifestyle medicine to help individuals to feel better and to prevent chronic health issues in the future.

Our annual Peer2Peer Christmas party is always a great way to end the year 🤩

And it gets bigger every year - we welcomed over 80 members to our Christmas gathering at Chewton Glen last week!

Together we shared a festive meal, gained valuable insights from our knowledgeable guest speakers, and recognised the biggest achievements in the Peer2Peer community with our end of year awards.

We all left with full tummies and feeling energised for the new year ahead!
