A recent job that involved a decked patio that was collecting mud constantly underneath, and was totally rotten after only five years. I tore it up, cleaned everything then tiled over the concrete using 1200 x 300 x 20mm thick tiles. Then the old feather edged boards covering the retaining walls etc were removed, and then everything loglapped and treated using ronseal fencelife plus. On completion the whole area including the block paved drive was cleaned and power washed.

All first fix done then tiling, suite fitting, power shower and cubicle and then the gloss panelled ceiling and then decorated. Upcycled kitchen. The old cabinets and doors were kept barring the sink base and two corner cabinets. The refurb included new worktops, wall tiles, floor tiles, wrapped fridge and service alterations. The doors were sanded back to bare wood and painted in sage green. Whilst I was at it I decided to tile into the rear porch and toilet, then fit new white ware. Decorated and cleaned up to complete the work. There were a lot of extras to include the making of new cornice, pelmets, end panels, slide out spice rack and, sink, tap, waste disposal but to mention a few.
