I’m beyond excited to finally announce the launch of my very first retreat called "Awaken in Goa" ✨️
My friend Charlotte and I have been working on this behind the scenes, and we’re so happy to finally reveal it!

WHERE: Goa, India
WHAT TO EXPECT: A truly authentic experience connecting with nature in a place of natural beauty with some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. A time to re-charge, reset, re-focus and re-juvinate the body and mind.
A unique experience with a small group of like-minded individuals seeking to enhance and deepen their Pilates practise and create clarity and focus with guided coaching sessions.
ACCOMMODATION: We will be staying at the stunning . A rejuvenating beach side experience. Each guest will have their own private bedroom.
What's included:
- accommodation for 7 nights (individual room)
- transfers in India from airport to accommodation and accommodation to airport.
- 2x optional activities (contrast therapy, sound bath, breath workshop, massage).

PRICE: Early Bird offer £1,450 GBP / $1,940 USD if booked before the 1st May 2026.
A £400 deposit is required before the 1st May 2026 to secure your spot.
