Apologies for calling you a demon ,good leg session , good laughs again.Its funny how I walk in with a lot of pain throughout my body, the pain goes because I am training (awesome how that happens)..then I just walk out like I am a lego person .Getting better tho thats all that matters .Thank you rosiefittnesspt I wouldn't do this on my own 🥰 x

I honestly would have given up early on if it wasn't for 's positivity, coaching and encouragement today.When I regain the use of my legs and stop walking like a squirral on skates I am sure my legs will thank me for it 🤣 thank you Rosie for the demon leg set 🥰 love working with you 🥰

Eventfull weekend .Van MAF sensor seems to of decided to have a holiday too and the van wouldn't go over 40 before going into limp mode. I felt like I was in fast and furious mad max edition having to suss out how to keep the van moving by switching off the power and restarting whilst still moving 🙈🤬🤣
