Well it was nice to be back to some kind of normality.

The sounds of children laughing in the cinema was refreshing. Our children have been resilient throughout this pandemic, but there’s no doubt they have missed out on the everyday joys the world has to offer.

I, for one commend our children. They have had it tough, from pre school through to teenagers but I do know that they have a spirit that could tackle and overcome any pandemic.

It’s nice to be back 😁

Here’s our Mitch spraying a property, this house has had terrible damp issues with it being an external wall that wasn’t sealed after the pebble dash, it just absorbed all the moisture and caused mold to spore, we pride ourselves on being good landlords but unfortunately where damp occurs it’s Mother Nature, and it’s a tricky long winded process to get right.

Our tenants have been patient and hopefully this is the final thing we can do to combat it…. 🏡

I’ve listened to her on the phone this week sorting out decorators and she genuinely gets excited when she books in with tenants.

She really puts the tenant at the heart of all this because she cares dearly about people.

I’m not shocked to see this if I’m honest. I’ve been a huge advocate of the Wirral and in particular Wallasey. House prices here for a very long time have been way under valued. It’s great to see Wallasey making its mark in the UK. It’s a beautiful place to live with fantastic transport links to Liverpool and surrounding areas. Right on the beach with lovely restaurants and coffee bars, what isn’t there to love!

Full renovation on this property, kitchen, bathroom, re plastered, fully decorated, new carpets, blinds windows repaired... loads of electrical work done...
Loads of people message us for figures on property’s as investments etc.

So, this property was bought for 100k
I think we got it 5k below asking...

any guesses on the cost of this renovation????

If done correctly houses are pretty good investments LONG TERM 🏠
