Art Sanctuary offers Corporate and Community creative courses & workshops, where through the power of Art and playful creativity, you can learn simple & effective ways to access your innate creativity, unlocking the benefits it brings to your health. I am currently writing the course materials for our Foundational Arts & Wellness course and in my research on the need to bring creative play back into our lives I came across this incredibly moving talk by Ash Perrin, who's organisation The Flying Seagull Project, brings play and laughter into the lives of children in desperate situations where its power is seen to transform the lives of children who have experienced unimaginable trauma.
