This is what your puppies grooms should look like🫶🏼

Meet Hugo, the newest Trendy addition💜
This was his very first time in a groomers, therefore he stayed on my knee the entire time, keeping him comfortable and calm 😌

•We like to do Atleast 2 puppy introductions

The first one being a simple meet and greet, bath, dry, brush, eye trim and nails. Nothing too crazy for their first go
Our second intro, includes everything we did the first Time but we introduce clippers to tidy up the hygiene areas and paw pads as well as a full face trim (if we feel they’re ready)🐾
We never push any of our pups, we go at their pace. If we feel they need a third introduction then that’s what we’ll do. Dogs always lead the grooms in our salon, nothing forced. Avoiding stress at all cost is our highest priority🥰

These nasty parasites can cause itching, skin infections, anaemia and can transmit serious diseases.

We use veterinary recommended flea, tick and wormer products
For the next couple of weeks, we are offering 10% off our flea/tick and wormer products when added on to any groom✂️ keep your pups protected!

Many of you may recognise my little face, working hard on keeping your pups comfortable and happy during every groom for many years now!
Well, I’m so proud to announce that after 5 years of hard work and extreme dedication, I am now the extremely proud owner of The Trendy Pooches, Liscard Franchise💜

I’m so excited to begin this new chapter of my life, continuing to be there for you all for as long as possible, while providing a life for myself and my son 🩵

It has been an absolute honour working under Nicola Rawson for the last 5 years, starting off as an apprentice, to a dog groomer, to manager to owner. I can’t thank Nicky enough for the amazing support and wonderful opportunity she has given me🥰

Let’s talk elderly dogs, because they deserve to be groomed to✂️
We take extra care and pride in our elderly pups, allowing them to lead every groom. If that means extra wee, p**p or water breaks then that’s completely fine. Giving them extra breaks and extra snuggles is key 🔑

More breaks, means less stress and less overstimulation. We don’t want any stressed doggies in our salon, we want everyone feeling as comfortable as possible.

If you’re on the fence about getting your older doggy groomed, then give us a message/call and we’d be happy to discuss things with you, or even pop in and say hello🫶🏼
