This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Wallingford, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

You’ll be joining a values-led consultancy where the work is purposeful, the approach is genuinely people-centred, and no two clients or projects are quite the same.

Long before the business existed, our founder Jonna’s Nan, Lillian, would sit and read You magazine every Sunday. It is a simple memory, but one that stayed with her.

Lil believed in treating people with respect, helping those who needed it and doing the right thing without seeking recognition. Those values shaped Jonna’s outlook and, years later, the business she created.

The name You felt right because the business was never meant to be about one person. It was about the people we work with, the organisations we support and the individuals we help to grow.

A great deal has changed since You Consultancy began. Our business has grown, our services have evolved, but the belief at our heart remains the same: people should feel supported, developed and confident enough to handle difficult situations rather than avoid them.

That is why our strapline has always been: It’s All About The People. 💚

A strong end to March

Last month, Ian spent time with The Institute of Leadership and Management (TILM), shaping how our accredited programmes continue to evolve around the five dimensions of leadership.

At the same time, Tina was in Oxfordshire with Tripp Hearing LTD, a family-run healthcare business supporting people with hearing loss and tinnitus.

A room full of people who were switched on, open, and willing to get into it. The kind of group where the work lands.
