This week was a great reminder of why understanding your customers matters.
We spent over two hours with a customer discussing the print requirements for an upcoming brand launch. The conversation wasn't about products or pricing; it was about understanding their brand, objectives, and what success looks like.
By listening, asking the right questions, and working together, we were able to recommend solutions that truly support their vision.
