💗 OCTOBER IS MENOPAUSE AWARENESS MONTH 💗
This month, here at Art Print Customz, we’re going to help shine a light on something that affects millions of women, yet is still too often misunderstood, dismissed or simply not talked about enough.
MENOPAUSE.
And it’s about so much more than hot flushes.
For some women, the journey through perimenopause and menopause can bring changes to sleep, mood, memory and concentration, energy levels, joints and muscles, relationships, confidence and everyday life.
Every woman’s experience is different. 💗
Throughout October, we’ll be sharing posts to help:
💗 Raise awareness
🧠 Talk about symptoms people may not realise are connected
🗣️ Encourage open and honest conversations
🤝 Help partners, families, friends and colleagues understand
💪 Support women going through their own journey
🚫 Challenge the stigma and misconceptions surrounding menopause
And this campaign isn’t only for women.
Men, partners, husbands, sons, daughters, friends and colleagues can all benefit from understanding menopause better. Sometimes simply recognising what someone may be experiencing can make a huge difference.
So throughout October, let’s talk about it.
No embarrassment.
No judgement.
No brushing it aside.
