WE’RE HIRING – BRANCH OPERATIVE / CUSTOMER SERVICE – ST ANNES
North West Roofing Supplies is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused team member to join our St Annes branch.
Perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in all areas of a busy roofing merchant environment.
You’ll be serving customers, answering phones, preparing orders, assisting with forklift operations, and supporting the branch team day to day.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role with no weekend working or Saturday mornings.
We offer a great rate of pay along with the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within a fast-growing independent roofing merchant.
Key Responsibilities
• Serving customers at the trade counter and over the phone
• Providing product advice and processing orders, quotes, and invoices
• Assisting with forklift operations when necessary
• Helping pick and pack customer orders
• Supporting the Branch Manager and wider branch team with daily operations
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience within a roofing supplies or builders’ merchant environment preferred
• Valid forklift licence preferred
• Good knowledge of roofing and building materials
• Organised, dependable, and able to work in a busy trade environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of the branch
