Check out our latest blog post ‘How to use retro design stylishly’. Mid-century modern interiors are a fine line between classic style and old-fashioned nostalgia. The style's clean lines and natural shapes will always be popular, but there is a risk of making rooms that feel more like museum exhibits than modern homes. Check out our latest blog post “Keeping Track of Your Job Applications”. Job application tracking plays a significant role in today's competitive job market. Job searching becomes a complex maze when candidates face the challenge of duplicate submissions to the same employer. You may well be working with more than one recruiter at any one time which increases the risk of being submitted for the same position several times. Modern job application tracking systems are a great way to get solutions to this common problem.

These systems can help you track your submission dates, agencies, recruiters and job IDs effectively. The hiring landscape has evolved and 64.8% of employers now use skills-based hiring practices for entry-level roles. This shift makes staying organised throughout the application process more important than ever. Read more about it here: www.careersindesign.com/blog/the-importance-of-keeping-track-with-your-job-applications-to-avoid-duplications
