We don’t really post much on Social Media and exist under the radar mostly, however I’ve been told I should be posting regularly to provide a feel of what we do, so here’s what we have been up to this week;

Visited a development site and issued terms for £1.9M to fund a project in Chester to convert an existing building into 11 high end apartments.

Agreed a £500K bridge for large wraparound extension and refurbishment of a BTL property in St Helens.

Discussed options for an Invoice finance facility for a rapidly expanding local business.

Agreed terms for a £2.5M loan on a caravan park in North Wales to repay the existing lender and Capital Raise for further projects.

Looked at a Commercial Mortgage requirement of £150K, secured on a unit, for a business in Warrington looking to fund further projects.

Discussed terms for an Unsecured business loan of £160K for a local business to fund their expansion.

Agreed terms for a £37.5K bridge on an industrial unit in Failsworth for cash flow purposes, which we are funding with our own funding line.

Agreed terms for a £74K bridge on a purchase and refurb project for a builder in Newport which we are also funding with our own funding line.
