These courses are not just based on text books like many others. These courses bring to life the everyday issues that people will encounter in their jobs and how to succeed in spite of them.

The training is aimed at being interactive and fun with many examples from Marks career where it went wrong where it went right and the many lessons learnt.

The one day is an overview and break down of World class manufacturing . What is it ? And what are the different aspects you need to consider to start the world class journey ?

This course is suitable from supervisor level up in manufacturing and supply chain but also finance, sales and marketing staff that are interested in what does it take to be world class .

The two day course is more in-depth and whilst the same people that day 1 is aimed at would also benefit there is more meat on the bones here for the practitioners and the more senior managers.
