Crispy chicken focaccia sandwich… need I say more? 🤤
Celebrating the launch of ‘s NEW gluten free focaccia with rosemary and obviously I had to turn one into the ultimate sandwich. 🙌🏻

I warmed the focaccia in a pan with a little olive oil until golden and crispy, then loaded it up with homemade roasted red pepper sauce, rocket, crispy chicken, grated parmesan and pickled onions 🤌

The crispy, golden focaccia with that rosemary flavour and all those fillings… SO GOOD! 😍
