Some team dinners come with a better view than others.

Our Mauritius team held theirs on the coast last week: a beach barbecue that brought everyone together over a beautiful sunset.

"It was an evening of great food, lots of laughs, amazing views and even better company. These moments really bring us closer as a team and remind us that the people and connections behind the work are just as important. Definitely an evening to remember." - Oorvashi Dwarka

The Mauritius office is one of several Lavasource teams supporting clients in over 70 countries, and evenings like this are part of how we invest in the people who make that possible.

Canal & River Trust looks after the UK's waterways. It was also looking after four separate HR systems, one of them more than twenty years old.

We brought HR, payroll, recruitment and learning onto one Dayforce platform, live on time and on budget.

Proud of this one, and thank you to the team at Canal & River Trust who were in it with us the whole way.

Flat whites, fresh ideas and the flourishing Cape Town team.

The best thing about remote working in the same city is the opportunity to meet up with colleagues. Lavasource keeps getting bigger, can't wait to see who joins us next.
