Following on from last week's team of Area Managers completing the transformative 7-day leadership programme delivered by Purple Story, we're extremely proud to announce that our next group has just finished their programme.

After their programme had finished, Andy Goram from Purple Story commented that "It’s a bittersweet moment when a cohort finishes a programme with us. That’s proved true again, as the second group of Area Managers from across the North and South graduated from their Raise The Bar programme. We’ve shared a journey of growth, which has been emotional at times. That’s not uncommon when you combine people who care about what they do, who realise some things about themselves, how they lead, how they communicate and where improvements can be made, and add a dash of Purple Story magic. At the end of the day this is all about helping this group and the people in their care perform to their full potential. By doing that, the results will come."

Congratulations to the second group on completing the programme - we can't wait to see the learnings put into practice!

Our fantastic team of Area Managers recently participated in a transformative 7-day leadership programme delivered by Purple Story. The programme is designed to accelerate leadership development and foster a mindset focused on purpose and impact.

Last week, the first cohort of 12 Area Managers proudly graduated, earning exceptional feedback from Purple Story: “We’ve seen many learning journey presentations over the years, but the power, creativity, and honesty from this group? Truly next level. The impact of this programme will reach far and wide.”
