Sunday 4th January 2015.
My brother and I, had planned previously to head out for a walk before we went back to work after the holidays. Delamere Forest was where we decided and we had a great time, the weather started off very cold and parts of the landscape was frozen and covered in mist and fog until the sun started to shine through. We walked through the forest and headed towards Old Pale Hill, where from the top you can see for miles!. The walk back to the car almost seemed a different route because the sun had cleared the remaining fog and frost...........plus we got a little lost : )

A fantastic night, the dance floor was full from start to finish.

I read a tutorial on a blog explaining how to create Panographs, this inspired me to give it a whirl, i had the Liverpool Waterfront in mind so i spend an afternoon in Liverpool on a photo walkabout and headed over to the Waterfront where i shot about 70+ photos (med jpeg). For the process i used 38 of the photos to create the image. After flattening the layers i decided to convert to Mono because i like the contrast of the shadows and highlights, the vignette was added at the final stage by erasing a black layer.

Misty Morning Panoramic.
With the Summer behind us for another year, I am looking forward to Autumn/Winter time, cold and frosty mornings with clear skies. I captured this panoramic on Saturday morning from my flat, this has given me the appetite to research the weather more and head out early several times these next few months. Watch this space!

"The Right Place at The Right Time" there's no better saying sometimes.

After getting up early on Saturday morning for work, I looked out of the window and noticed there was a lot of mist covering the low lying ground across to the Pennines, I had to capture this I grabbed my camera and taken a few pics just then the sun rose above the horizon turning the sky from a cold pale blue into a fiery orange colour, plus as a bonus the birds flew into the frame to create a additional feature.

As photographers we inevitably have a style that is uniquely our own. Our tastes are influenced by a myriad of factors, most of which will remain unconscious to us. Conversely, there are people or styles that we consciously aspire to, or allow ourselves to be influenced by.
