Behind every great meal prepared at Birchwood Park, is a team of talented people who put care, skill and passion into what they do every day.

To recognise their hard work and dedication, the team were treated to a pancake breakfast and presented with their very own ‘Culinary Wizard’ badge and recognition award. 🥞🏅

It’s a small way to say a big thank you to the people who work hard behind the scenes to create great food and experiences for our occupiers and visitors.

It's International Chefs Day and so we're celebrating the brilliant culinary team at Birchwood Park.

To give a little something back to the brilliant team that keep the food coming, they were treated to a delicious pancake breakfast before receiving their very own ‘Culinary Wizard’ badges and recognition awards to celebrate the hard work, talent and dedication they bring every day. 🏅

Our team puts so much care and effort into what they do, and we're incredibly lucky to have them.

We're heading to Bridgewater Place for the final stop on our Coffee Passport tour.

The Woodshed brings a little slice of the city to Birchwood Park, with artisan street food, freshly ground coffee and the Tipi right next door.

If you prefer your coffee on the lighter side, this one's for you. It's soft, smooth and beautifully balanced, with a sweet, vibrant flavour that works just as well with milk as it does on its own. And yes, it's delicious over ice too. 👀

Today, our Coffee Passport tour takes us to Chadwick Coffee House, where you'll find a coffee with plenty of character. 👀

☕ Your coffee: Triple Shot Espresso
💫 The blend: Social Impact Coffee
👅 Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, salted caramel and raisins

It's a medium roast with a rich, balanced flavour, bringing together Brazilian and Guatemalan beans for a smooth, indulgent cup. 🍫

But there's more to this coffee than what's in the cup.

The Triple Shot blend is built around three pillars: People, Planet and Prosperity, with every cup helping to support communities and protect the environment. The blend funds a project to build a kindergarten for 40 children in Guatemala, while its Brazilian coffee comes from a farm practising regenerative agriculture and certified by the Rainforest Alliance. 🌱

We're kicking off Coffee Passport Week at one of Birchwood Park's favourite spots.

The EngineRooms sits at the heart of one of the Park's most popular green spaces, bringing together food, coffee, meeting spaces and plenty of places to sit, catch up or get some work done.

☕ Your coffee: Starbucks Dark Roast
🌱 The blend: A multi-region blend that's been part of the Starbucks story since 1975
👅 Tasting notes: Rich molasses and bold, caramelly sweetness

This is a proper full-bodied coffee with plenty of character. Delicious on its own, or perfectly balanced with milk if that's your preference. ☕
