I'm Nicola McIntyre, and I'm thrilled to finally launch my official website www.utopiahr.co.uk

This website is designed to help you understand what we offer at utopia and tailor to suit your HR needs.

👣 My Journey so far.......
As a dedicated mum and HR professional, my career journey has been anything but ordinary. I decided that milestones were passing me by and my children were making lifestyle changes, to help better themselves - so why not change my own lifestyle to support my dream. I took some time in 2023 to invest in myself, time to reflect and understand the definition of "MY DREAM"...... So, after over 15 years in the Corporate world, I stepped away from everything I knew and had been so successful in doing and decided in 2024 that the dream was my own HR consultancy.

This marked a new chapter in my life and made me look at the world in a clearer way. For years I have balanced the rewarding challenges of motherhood with my passion for Human Resources, and I've worked with a diverse range of employees, helping to gain trust and the best from individuals.

Despite the demands of a busy family life, my dream of setting up my own consultancy has never wavered. Driven by a commitment to helping businesses thrive through effective HR strategies, I took the leap to establish my own consultancy. My mission is to empower workplaces where employees are valued, engaged and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
