Last week, we hosted an incredible Women in Leadership taster session, led by the inspiring Heather Traynor.
Nearly 300 participants joined in for an engaging, honest, and quite frankly fascinating discussion about the psychology of motivation and reframing imposter syndrome using cognitive restructuring.
During this session, we conducted a survey with 280 L&D and HR leaders to uncover the most common barriers to promoting more women within the workplace. 🙅♀️
And here are the results!
These insights we gathered are interesting and serve to highlight the challenges we need to address to create a more inclusive and equitable work environment.
Heather's session was a powerful reminder of the importance of tackling self-doubt, silencing the inner critic, and reframing our thoughts about ourselves.
Certainly some food for thought... 💭
