Last Wednesday was the 2025 Employees Association Christmas Party at South Meadow Lane Preston. A great time was had by all πŸŽ„πŸŽ… Here are a selection of pictures from the day.
We also had a vote on the summer trip destination for 2026 and the winner was Liverpool.

As part of the Ventilator Challenge UK consortium πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ we are working to rapidly produce ventilators in the fight against .

One way we are helping is to develop training materials for the building the newly MHRA-approved Penlon ventilator.

Although the team will be made up of experienced engineers, many will be making for the first time.

We’re using an advanced real time 3D creation platform Unreal Engine used in many video games, to create an instructional video.

This video will help speed up the rigorous factory acceptance testing of each ventilator ensuring they get to the frontline as safely and quickly as possible.

We are proud to support this national effort.

It's a busy time for the Lightning Force. Whilst 207 Squadron trains aboard HMS Queen Elizabeth in UK waters, 617 Squadron is in a somewhat dustier Nevada participating in Exercise Red Flag.
