Just putting the final touches to the course materials for the group workshops and feeling very excited!

The four week intensive courses will cover

Session 1: Personal:

Identifying your current and future personal priorities, challenging personal scripts and beliefs, focusing on your relationships as related to your healing work, mindset and more

Session 2: Professional

Focusing on your professional personae and development; clearly defining the what, how and who of your healing / scope of practice

Session 3: Practicalities

Focusing more on the nuts and bolts of earning a living from your healing work - dependent on the interest areas of the specific group we will focus in on areas including:

- Financials: Budgets, Business plans, Banking and Book-keeping

- Legalities: company / employment status, company law, consumer law, healthcare law

- Risk and regulation: Insurances, regulations, memberships, accreditations

- Clinic premises, capital, equipment and consumables

- People: employees, collaborators, support services / suppliers

- Sources of support: organisations, networks, information sources, professional mentors, personal

Session 4: Promotion:

Focusing on branding / positioning, defining your target audience and how best to reach them, the features and benefits of your offering, marketing channels

For the 3 month programme you'll cover all of the above plus get the chance to develop a comprehensive 'pitch' for your personal practice or business, test it out, and get help from me and the team to refine it.

I have packed in lots of fantastic exercises and activities.
