🪟 Dark Reflective Privacy 20 Window Film
📐 10m²
Privacy was the priority for this Sunderland home, but the customer also wanted to tackle glare without sacrificing the view outside.
We installed 10m² of Dark Reflective Privacy 20 Window Film. In daylight, the difference in light levels creates a reflective exterior that makes it much harder to see into the property, while from inside the customer can still see out.
And when the sun comes out, the film gets to work on comfort too:
👀 Strong daytime privacy while maintaining visibility out
😎 80% glare reduction
☀️ 76% of total solar energy rejected
🛡️ 99% UV rejection to help protect furnishings and interiors
💪 Non-fade and scratch-resistant
📅 10-year warranty
The important bit with any reflective privacy film? It isn’t one-way glass. At night, when it’s dark outside and the lights are on indoors, the privacy effect is reversed, so curtains or blinds are still needed.
For this customer, though, daytime was the problem, and one film now handles privacy, glare and solar heat through the same glazing.
