A busy first half of the year for our Head of Trade Sales, Nick, and Wiston across the globe. From Romania and the Czech Republic to Hong Kong and California, it’s been fantastic to see our wines shared with both longstanding partners and new customers alike.

Wiston Wanderings | Spring to Summer 🌿☀️🥂

From the first bud burst in the vineyard to long evenings across the estate, spring quietly gives way to summer at Wiston. New releases poured, nature returning in full colour, busy days in the winery, and teams across the estate moving through the rhythm of the season.🌸

Among frost filled mornings, product photoshoots, summer produce arriving in Chalk, disgorging, labelling, tours, meetings, and moments between it all, the estate hums with energy as another season unfolds.

We’re over the moon to share that our Vintage Cuvée Magnum 2009 has been awarded the ‘English Sparkling Classic Blend’ Trophy and the 'English Sparkling' Trophy at the , with the highest English score of 97 points 🏆✨

Our Blanc de Noirs 2018 was also awarded a Gold Medal with 95 points.

We’re incredibly excited by these IWC results! While it's easy to be biased when sipping them on a sunny day in the vineyard surrounded by the glorious chalky Downs, it means a great deal when they have been recognised from an anonymous glass, in front of judges who are tasting some of the best wines from around the world.

These awards reflect the dedication and craftsmanship of the whole Wiston team, past and present, and we’re very grateful to everyone involved, as well as to the judges for the care and attention they bring to the process. 🍾
