Billy Connolly has never been one to shy away from a laugh – or his birthday suit! Over the years, the Big Yin has turned stripping off into an art form. Back in 1975, he famously ran through central London completely naked for a comedy sketch, leaving passers-by in stitches (and shock). But his most legendary moment came nearly twenty years later, during the filming of World Tour of Scotland in 1994.

In true Billy fashion, he decided on a whim to dance through Trafalgar Square in the n**e — in broad daylight, no less! When asked why, he simply said, “I like being naked. Life is so exciting when you’re naked.” That carefree attitude summed him up perfectly.

And it didn’t stop there. On his travels in Australia, he stripped off in the Pinnacles Desert and performed a mock-druid ritual among the rocks. Then came New Zealand, where Billy took things to new heights — literally — by bungee jumping in the buff!

It’s all part of what makes Billy so loved: his sense of humour, his fearlessness, and his refusal to take life too seriously. Those unforgettable stunts became part of comedy folklore — pure, unfiltered Connolly at his best.
