We're looking forward to a safer, more inclusive, and skilled 2026 at SCE! Our team is committed to annual SCaN training (plus special line manager sessions), continuing last year's goal of making ACT and Wave courses yearly essentials, and making catastrophic bleeds first aid standard in every venue. We're boosting safeguarding practices too, and supporting our staff in online BSL training so everyone can feel part of the team. We're Hiring!!!

Sports Concerts and Events provide safety staff to Sports Concerts and Events. We work events like football, cricket, motor racing, concerts, festivals, marathons to tea parties for the jubilee and religious festivals.
In short where there is a crowd to look after SCE can supply the team that keeps them safe. We offer great rates of pay, training and some great perks. Our staff enjoy working together and we have fun whilst we work.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable and awesome people to join us for our rapidly growing business. Hours are flexible and your not required to work all shifts that are available. In exchange you’ll get a really competitive wage, perk bonuses and we look after our staff.
Mandatory staff training is free and you’ll receive an NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety. Optional additional training course are available and as our business is growing fast, supervisor and management positions will become available as our team expands.
As an event steward no day is same, but your job role could be anything from customer service to fire marshal but the main part of your role is ensuring that the crowd is safe at the venue.
You must be 18+ and be fluent in English.
