Small Dreams

Everyone knows Paula and Myself as the faces of Small Dreams but nobody knows the people behind us that help us to keep going and grow so we can offer more to all of you.

Josie Hescott helps with our policies and procedures so we are always above board and doing things right this is very important especially going forward as a charity.

Her partner Simon (he isn't on facebook) sorts and cleans our Lego so it's always hygienic for you and your children to use probably one of the hardest and worst jobs he knows everything about lego parts and 90% of the time can tell you what sets a part goes too.

Then we have our very own Alison Roff who does everything design and IT as most of you know we are awful so she has taken control and kicks us into shape as well as helping to get our name out there with marketing. Also her husband and Co business owner Matt as without the both of them we would not have the beautiful acrylic coverings and mini fig men. These are Good people.

We have recently also recieved the support of Chelsea Morgan an accredited teacher and marine biologist who is going to start helping us with Learning Days during the school holidays.

And lastly but the most important we have Brian Rozzell who on the days we struggle emotionally, physically, mentally and don't feel like we can carry on doing this gives us the support and guidance to soldier on and keep going.

Without this amazing group behind the scenes we wouldn't be able to keep growing and trying to bring Lego Therapy to everyone.

But obviously we also have all you amazing supporters as well that like, share, recommended and talk about us that is what really gets us known, heard about and grows our following so we can help more and more people.

Great event yesterday as part of the South Coast Business Week - at Fareham Leisure Centre.
I was there supporting Penarth Management - and bumped into a few friends too.
Thanks to Tom O'Malley for singing to me when I won on the wheel!
It was a really busy and insightful day and I had so many interesting conversations.

Happy New Year!

I took a step away from social media in December. I felt I had to as it was consuming me. It didn't feel healthy.

I'm back with renewed energy!

I took December to get our dog trained! Concentrate on my Clients and my family. It was a very quiet Christmas and although flu filled, very restful.

So, 2026 brings open books and looking forward to a Client full year.

Please let me know if I can help you with any aspect of your business admin, no matter how small or large. There is always a way!

I want to continue to help people regain their sanity, and time from the admin that's holing them back.

Last night was the Portsmouth Business Exchange Christmas shindig. It was a really wonderful evening and we all laughed a lot. ☺ Thanks to The Keppels Head Hotel for hosting us the wonderful food as always!
