As Watford begins to see temperatures fall, the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) is coming into effect.

SWEP is a humanitarian response to provide shelter during severe weather for people who are rough sleeping in the Watford and Three Rivers area. As unusually severe weather begins to arrive, additional emergency beds are being provided.

If you see someone sleeping rough, ring New Hope’s 24/7 emergency helpline on 0300 012 0168. Alternatively you can contact Streetlink through their website and they will come to you.
