Property Photography and staging.
It a good idea to ensure that you have a set of professional photos for marketing.
This might seem obvious but the first thing tenants look at are the photos. Ideally either empty or if it is a furnished property staged, rather than unmade beds. It looks more inviting and helps tenants to imagine what it will be like for them when they move in.

Today's to do list includes:-
✅complete a video right to rent check for a tenant moving in later this week.
✅arranging viewings for a client's flat in London.
✅processing some direct bookings for a serviced accommodation client.

To help me relax, later I am off to my Pilates class.

What is your day looking like?

This year seems to be going so fast, or maybe I am just getting older!
Having had my holiday I am back and ready to crack on working with my clients until my next planned break.
This month I am working with my clients launching serviced accommodation units, arranging viewings for new tenants in a number of different properties, for different clients and keeping on top of maintenance issues for all of my clients.

I am also keeping up my good habits from my holiday, like continuing to take some time to relax each day after I finish working.

What are your plans for the month?

My first day back in the office and the sun has been shining. I always opt to start with my main client on my first day back and then get back up to speed with the rest ready to dive back in fully tomorrow.

It's that time of year with summer here, it's time to stop and relax for a while. My out of office is on and I will be back in my office on Monday 17th June.
