Systemic risk is driven by non-verifiable human performance. I've identified 3 critical competence gaps that many organisations don't even know they have.

Our team was privileged to be on-site at their Kifuma, Angola facility to deliver the OPITO HUET Diver program. This engagement was focused on empowering IFSA's own expert staff, who are now fully qualified to deliver OPITO-standard THUET training.

'Human Error' is often cited as the cause of an incident. In my experience, it's almost always a symptom.

The real cause is a system failure: flawed procedures, unrealistic time pressures, poor equipment design, or a gap in training.

If we want to build resilient organisations in the global energy sector, we must stop blaming individuals and start looking at the systems that set them up to fail.

This is the core of Human Factors, and it's the foundation of a proactive safety culture.

MUTUAL EFFORTS. FOR

We have missed to announce one important event, which we are proud of...

On the 18th of May 2022 WE, Stepan Skobenyuk and Громадська довіра/Public Organisation "Public Trust" Nazarii Shmihel signed Memorandum of cooperation to strengthen mutual efforts in the implementation of versatile humanitarian missions and support Ukrainian people at different levels.

As a part of the missions we now successfully cooperate in the provision of operational support of Humanitarian aid delivery and distribution, ensuring missions: of World Extreme Medicine; of the The Frontline Club, where WE members provide support for Public Trust on a volunteer basis.
